WORK WITH US

The intern will be placed within the Human Resources department reporting directly to the HR Manager.

The HR Intern is expected to:

  • Schedule interviews with potential shortlisted candidates;
  • Management of internal reporting;
  • Communication with social security, insurance and COB bodies;
  • Support for the management of training courses;
  • Screening resumes and application forms to identify prospective employees to fill company job vacancies.
  • Assist the HR staff in international coordination activities.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree’s in humanities;
  • Good knowledge of the English language;
  • Good skill with Microsoft Excel and Word Aptitude for team work;
  • Spirit of initiative and qualities of responsibility;
  • Confidentiality and precision;
  • Preferable to have obtained a master’s degree or short experience in employment consultancy firms or HR office

 

We offer a 6-month training internship with internship allowance and company canteen.

 

 

The intern will be placed within the administration and accounting department.

The Accounting intern is expect to:

  • Management of customer and supplier records;
  • the administrative and accounting management of supply contracts and purchase orders of active and passive invoicing, both with regard to the issuing, reception, control and registration of invoices;
  • the verification/control of accounting records of archiving and updating accounting documents;

 

Requirements:

 

  • Diploma from a technical-economic institute or first and/or second level economic degree.
  • Knowledge of the Office package Good knowledge of written and spoken English is required
  • Aptitude for team work, practical sense, spirit of initiative, punctuality and precision
  • Preference to use AS400

 

We offer a 6-month training internship, with the aim of hiring. An internship and company canteen allowance is provided.

For our branch in Albairate (province of Milan) we are looking for an operational freight forwarder to deal with sea exports.

The selected candidate will be included in the Export Team and will report to the Project Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Verification of customer profiles in the database;
  • Management of requests for quotations/offers from customers or foreign agents Booking opening;
  • Independent management of operational and documentary procedures relating to FCL/LCL export maritime shipments;
  • Monitoring delivery/arrival times of goods;
  • Resolution of any problems related to shipments;
  • Experience in the Project-Cargo sector appreciated

 

Qualifications:

  • 1/2 years’ experience in the same role;
  • High school diploma/Bachelor’s degree (preference in the sector)
  • Good knowledge of the written/oral English language;
  • Knowledge of customs and insurance procedures;
  • Analytical thinking;
  • Problem Solving, flexibility, autonomy;
  • Propensity for continuous improvement;
  • Communication, mediation, negotiation, planning;
  • Resilience to stress;
  • Organization and management of complexity;
  • Excellent knowledge of the office/management/CRM package.
